Do you offer samples before order and how it cost?

Re: Yes, we can supply sample for your quality checking before order, and we will charge  sample fees in advance, once order reach our MOQ confirmed, we will refund the sample fee from the final payment.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

Re: We will despatch the sample by express within 3 days for the models from our catalogue.  For the one specially according to your requirement, normally will despatch within 10 days,  well it’s depends on the detailed sample requirements. And customer bears the express cost.

What’s the lead time for mass production?

Re: For the orders with stock available, they can deliver within 7 days after payment  balanced. For the order, normally it takes 15-30 days, but it depends on your feedback speed and the order quantity as well as season you place order.

Can I visit your factory?

Re: Yes, you are always welcome. We have 3 shared factories. By the way, if you come to  China, we are always pleasure to help you with air ticket and hotel booking. You can just tell  us your time schedule in China and your personal information such as passport. You will feel  business is so easy to cooperate with us!
